Farmers, specializing in everything from lettuces, apples, flowers, bread, honey, potatoes, tomatoes, and much more offer restaurants ingredients that would be otherwise hard to find. Chefs have become dependent on this market for adding new and exotic ingredients to their menus. Ramps, Dandelion lettuces, Squash Blossoms, Long Island Strawberries, Heirloom tomatoes, just to name a few. Count yourself as a true chef, explore the market - it is one of our favorite things to do.
