Come join us and experience the wines of De Fermo from Loreto Aprutino, Abruzzo.

Stefano Papetti and Nicoletta De Fermo cultivate the local varieties of Pecorino and Montepulciano along with a small vineyard planted with Chardonnay in 1926. Their vineyard practices focus on organic and biodynamic farming to produce wines of character and individuality. Babbo is pleased to pair De Fermo with some of our classic dishes.
