I’m Traveling to Babbo by Car. What’s the Best Route Into the City?
From the Holland Tunnel: when exiting the Holland Tunnel, bear slightly left to Ericsson Place which quickly becomes Beach Street. Take your first left onto West Broadway. Veer left onto 6th Avenue/Avenue of the Americas. Take a right on to West 8th Street, then your first right on to MacDougal, then your first right on to Waverly Place. Babbo will be on your left.
From Uptown: Take either the West Side Highway or the FDR to 14th Street. Follow 14th Street to 5th Avenue and turn south onto 5th Avenue and continue until it ends at Washington Square Park. At the Park, take a right turn onto Washington Square North, which becomes Waverly Place. Cross one set of lights at MacDougal Street and look for Babbo on the left, at Waverly Place, between MacDougal Street and 6th Avenue.
From the Queens-Midtown Tunnel: Upon exiting the tunnel, take the 35th Street exit on the left towards 34th Street. Turn slightly left to the exit then turn right on 34th Street. Turn left at 5th Avenue. Drive until 5th Avenue ends at Washington Square Park. Take a right on Washington Square Park North, which becomes Waverly Place. Cross one set of lights at MacDougal Street and look for Babbo on the left, at Waverly Place, between MacDougal Street and 6th Avenue.
I’m Hoping to Dine at Babbo for A Special Occasion. how Do I Score a Reservation?
Reservations are accepted by phone, online, or in person at the restaurant. The reservation office is open every day from 12 to 9 PM. We can reserve tables for parties of up to eight guests and offer a variety of options for private dining.
Reservations are accepted up to one month in advance of the numerical date, thus reservations for the 15th of a month will be available for the first time on the 15th of the previous month. When there is a discrepancy in the calendar month, the reservations are taken on the next available date. Reservations for December 31st and New Year's Day will be available starting December 1st.
Does Babbo Have a Dress Code?
Babbo’s dress code is best described as “smart casual.” Jackets and ties are not required but not out of place. No flip-flops or tank tops, please.
My Friend Is Celebrating Their Birthday at Babbo. Can I Buy Them a Bottle of Wine in Advance of Their Meal?
Yes! Click here to download our credit card authorization form, then follow the instructions indicated. We ask that you carefully read the instructions on the form, and include the identification indicated when submitting the completed form. Forms received without identification will not be processed. Please fax your completed form and identification to 212-777-3365 (attn: Hospitality Manager) or email them to info@babbonyc.com.
Does Babbo Offer Gift Cards?
Yes. Both e-gift cards and traditional gift cards are available for purchase online. After we receive your online order, please allow two to three days for processing. Orders are processed Mondays through Thursdays. Orders received on Fridays and weekends are processed the following Monday. Please be aware of the processing time when choosing your method of delivery.

Gift cards can be refilled as many times as desired by the cardholder and there is no expiration date. Babbo Gift Cards can only be redeemed at Babbo Restaurant. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen and all gift card sales are final.
Can Babbo Accommodate Large Parties?
Babbo can accommodate parties of up to six guests in the main dining room. Private events are available during the daytime in our upstairs Sopra dining room for parties of up to 36 guests.
